I needed to exchange a product. Annoying that there is only one place I can go (Put a store in Ann Arbor or Canton). Other than that it was a great experience. Was given zero hassle for my exchange. Asked for a different color and was refused, which is understandable(-1).

The store is very similar to an apple store in regards to how it is laid out. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my brother here to get a new Windows laptop he needed, since Signature Edition PCs don't have all the bloatware you would get on models purchased elsewhere. I also brought in a tablet and phone I no longer needed for trade-in, and got credit I spent on an Xbox One controller for my own laptop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even advising me not to recycle my one unopened tablet and seek donation options instead. I feel the laptop they suggested to my brother was a good value for what he needed it to do, and they seemed very knowledgeable about their products. Very impressed with the service we received here and would definitely recommend it to others!
