Came to this Apple Store to repair my phone and walked away with a very good deal on a laptop. Service was outstanding and so was Jeremy(associate). No pressure and let me take my time to make a decision. 5 stars! Ladies and gents, go speak to Jeremy!
Took my boyfriend and I 20 minutes just to get help, and we had to go up to a worker to actually get it. And after we described what we needed help with, the employee took a very long time to figure out what to do. All we needed were correct size watch bands. Not that difficult of a task. Better your customer service.
Worst customer service ever. First time I went with an appointment, they cancelled it because they claimed I got up from my seat. Which I never did. Then they said they would put me to the top of the list and I would be next. Never happened. I was there for 4 hours trying to get service. Then second time I try a chat because I do not want to go there again. I set up the chat and it says we will get to you in 2 minutes. Its been over an hour and the chat has crashed twice on me. Still no service.
I went to Apple store to purchase a laptop. Came a cross one of their associates and he was super nice / Helpful. Greg took the time to understand my needs for laptop I want to purchase and made good recommendations. He then spent time with me to set it up since this is my first MacBook. Very happy with their customer support and service. Definitely ask for Greg if you go there since he is a cool dude.
We made an appointment at the store and we’re not addressed by a tech until 45 minutes after the time of our appointment. Once we were approached the tech started assisting other individuals while working on our Mac. We sat while he helped several people that arrived well after we did. Terrible service.
