Terry Lee 3 crew was amazing! I truly love the windows and slider door, but these guys went above and beyond! Very personable with my children and myself. While they were at my house, they respected my home and privacy. Would recommend that crew to everyone!!
Just had my roof replaced because of a leak and it looks like they did a great job. The installers were kind and professional. They made sure to let me know and show me any wood that needed to be replaced before replacing it. The final price was reasonable and the lifetime guarantee really tops it all off. I definitely feel good about never having to worry about the roof again.
If you stayed with me through our story, you may have just saved yourself a bad experience. Fixing up your home is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience, however with Hansons you will not get that. I urge each and everyone of you who reads this to share this story and to research Hansons windows for yourselves. I took two days to gather my thoughts, and I decided to share my story in hopes this will not happen to anyone else. I do suggest anyone with a similar story to leave feedback and reviews on the BBB website and all other places you can so this will not happen to the next person. Took them 2 full days (9am-6pm or later) to get it done but it is a beautiful roof. Would definitely recommend to anyone and once you're a Hansons customer you get a returning customer discount on their other products (so says the salesman) so I will be returning for my window replacement (maybe even my gutters and insulation) when I get the money for that project saved up.
he loan process we had filled out all the paperwork and then find out the loan process changed and had to do some extra work online not knowing our interest rate or payment schedule before installation. It was after installation that we got these details./ Secondly the free item you give away needs to be of a quality product instead of the cheapest thing you can find. We didn't sign on for the free items tickets or tablet but if you are making a big deal about giving them away at least have the item have enough memory or made from a quality company. I wouldn't even give it to my kids it runs so slow and has no memory to do anything more than run one app at a time.
Very pleased with Hanson's in every phase of both projects they were hired to do, from Sales, Project Management and Installation. They communicated well throughout the projects, and there were no surprises. I recommend Hanson's and will contact them again for consideration of future projects.
My name is Chris and this is my bad experience with Hansons Windows. A quick overview of my situation, I am 28 and a first time Homeowner and new to financing situations. The gentleman arrived and began to take measurements. After a few minutes my Fiance and I received our quote. Being a Salesman, he knew if he kept the conversation at a fast pace and pushed us to fill out an order form while he stated “ you can trust me” and “I am looking out for your best interests”. Being a first time buyer it worked better than it should have, so I filled out the order form as well as a credit form. I told the gentlemen that I was trying to get a Home Equity loan and did not want the credit check to show up on my credit report. He then stated, it would not appear on my credit report as long as i did not sign and confirm the loan amount. He referred to it as a “soft pull” and would not be a “hard pull” on my credit report. With that information, I agreed to it since it was Saturday and he was not running it until Monday. The next day I decided not to have the credit application put through, so I texted the gentleman that I did not want the credit application ran (I will post the screenshots). He Immediately called me and began to tell me it would not affect my score and I would not see it on my credit report at all. I declined three times and said I do not want it processed because I was going to get a Home Equity Loan. The gentleman then proceeded to say his office was going to question him why someone backed out of the credit application and he would be questioned about what he did wrong, so I felt pressured to say okay. However, I stated again I did not want credit check to show up on my credit report. He assured me it would not be a “hard pull”(I will post these screenshots as well as the Hard Pull that showed on my Credit Report).
Great product, good service, Lifetime Guarantee. Would highly recommend. Timing estimate was off a bit tho.
My only complaint is that the salesman and the VP of sales both told me it would be a 1 day job but when the installer came he said "They gave us 3 days for this job but we're only planning on 2." I know it can sometimes be easy to look at something and guess how long it's gonna take (especially if you aren't the one actually doing the work) but it's always better to over estimate than underestimate. I had to rearrange my vacation days at work last minute because I had only been planning for this to take 1 day and someone 18+ was required to be home for the entire installation job.
