All i can say the best thing with this place is CLEAN
GREAT FOOD. Clean facility. Always people there eating and I understand why. The pepperoni roll or bread is cheap and delicious. I would go here just for that alone.
This place is only mediocre. It functions like a modern quick service restaurant where you select an item and choose your desired ingredients, but it doesn't work well with pasta. Other items are cooked ahead of time then "warmed" them on the flat top cook surface, although in an attempt to zoom customers through the process, the food doesn't actually get heated. I've ordered the sandwiches before too, and they're on the small side and mostly sauce. Sorry Piada, you're just not my jam.
Great food, cheaper prices, okay service. Their Mediterranean Power Bowl is what earns them all the stars - delicious!!
There is only indoor seating. They offer a parking lot. The parking is free. They acceot credit cards, debit cards, cash and gift cards. They have a little bit if dessert. They have high chairs available for the little ones. They do not sell beer, wine or alcohol. They do have Pellegrino, lemonade, pop (soda or coke for the regional crowd) and bottled drinks.
The worse customer service ever i have seen my life , we tried to order stuff and they were telling us WE DON'T HAVE IT , and other guy from the kitchen came and he said yes we have, and then one of the girls she seems like she's a manager or something started yelling at him and telling him this is not your business, it was the worse experience you can have in restaurant, after all the food I won't eat it even for free, sorry but you guys better do something else like changing oils for cars. Or Chang the staff.
