I had a great time here at AirTime... This might only be my second time here at AirTime but it is not a let down... I was there for about 2 and a half hours today (12/16/17) and its was great. All the trampolines are all bouncy and the foam pit was as great as ever. The basketball hoops were fun and dodgeball was the best. If you are thinking about going there or having a party there it would be a great idea...
For a family of four, we paid total 60$, this included our 2 hour of play and five pair of jump socks. Call me cheap but for 60$ I want friendlier service, and I don’t want employees hawking at our every move. The rules are unbelievable strict seeing we sign a waiver that they aren’t liable for breaking of legs. I mean come on, if one person can be on one trampoline at a Time, think of how many people can jump at a time. That means each person has to communicate to each other of moving to the next trampoline. No double jumping, no stopping on pads. I’m not impressed with this specific site and I won’t be back.
Firstly the young lady at the cash register was so rude let me just say she kept rolling her eyes at me and she charged me for socks without even asking me do i need them then as i was waiting to in line to grab a snack this lady behind the counter was doing doing some stuff back there (which i understand needs to be done) and i times it for 4 minutes she couldn’t look up and even tell me that she’ll be with me in a second! then when i got up there and goes what do you want? very rude and i saw her being rude to others as well instead of welcoming and friendly she was just more concerned about getting home also the employees do not supervise the children! other kids were cutting in front of my kids in like for the foam pit and bouncing on the same square as my child and the employees weren’t saying anything the last thing that really bothered me is a lady staff member shouting from the adult trampoline area to the man staff member in the kids trampoline area saying “i need to go on break now i can’t deal with this today” if you can’t handle this job then maybe it’s not for you. you guys need new staff.
My daughter had a lot of fun. There was a dj and hoola hoops near a dance floor. Toddler section is great with the foam blocks. However, this is very pricey, especially if you are taking several kids. And we have to pay for socks. Expensive. Bathrooms were dirty. Floors were dirty and water spilled near the fountain. Not good when you are wearing socks only. They get a lot of traffic but didn't keep up with it very well.
Love to go here for fun. Sad that there don't an option to go for only 2 hrs. The food is pretty expensive as well. Overall a fair experience every time I go
this place is a lot of fun for everybody kids and even adults who wanna jump around however the staff here is TERRIBLE my visit was on 9/22/17 in the evening hours
