I asked greeter where do I go to have a key made and he directed me to the machine. I put my key in according to directions, followed the prompts, selected how many keys, added my email, made my payment with my credit card, and then waited for machine to make 3 keys...so simple, convenient, no lines, no hassle!
I love the keyme machines. I have needed to have keys made for a couple of months but didn't want to deal with the lines at the stores or trying to find the person who makes the keys. I was in bed, bath and beyond and saw a sign posted "have keys made here."
