Terrible experience. My husband tried to buy me a keychain for my birthday. The sales person he was working with said they were out at somerset, but would have it shipped from another store. when my hubby went to go pick it up, they couldn't find his order and then finally realized they forgot to call the sister store for the gift. They totally dropped the ball, which caused me to not receive my gift by my birthday. When it came in, I went to pick it up and it was USED. The keychain was totally scuffled and not in new condition. The customer service was horrible and had no explanation. I told the manager what happened and he offered an "in sorry, but it wasn't our fault." Rude. Stay away from Tiffany, there are way better jewelers in the area.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring from this store a couple weeks ago. The ring itself is amazing but I was disappointed at the organization of the customer service center. We never received a call when the ring was back in the store after being sent out for sizing. I called on the promised date and the lady on the phone told me the ring was not there. I was very disappointed. I then checked our email and Tiffany sent my Fiancé an email when it was ready 3 days prior to my phone call. I called back a second time to find out that the ring had been there all along... what a headache.
