If you want you and your family to be treated like a dollar sign, this is the place for you. It's truly appalling how the "wellness" industry has become solely about the bottom line, and caring for patients as actual human beings is a complete afterthought. This has been evidenced over and over and over again here at Henry Ford in Troy since my family started going here almost two years ago. Time to find a practitioner that actually cares about family.
Don't waste your time here. I had a 10:45 appointment at the dermatology. They kept me in the waiting room till 11:15. Then I sat in the room waiting for the Dr. An hour later still no doctor. I walked out and left. No respect for the patient. It's understandable to be behind but you don't make your patient wait over an hour!
Have been waiting for an hour. 6 people who arrived after me have been seen. Finally complained and only got attitude from desk staff. Still waiting. Will be finding a new specialist asap.
Super friendly staff and nurses.. they are on time and i just waited 5 minutes..I had my total physical exam there with the family physician Dr. Chandarana.. She's super lovely, nice and patient.. she was really looking towards treating the cause not the symptoms.. Her explaination of every single condition was so clear...
I love every doctor i have had here. Usually if i wait it is because there was an emergency patient to squeeze in
