As a former prosecutor at this court, and now a criminal attorney who practices there on a regular basis, I can say that clients who are willing to be proactive from day one, and make a positive impression on the prosecutor, and judge can work towards a great result. 8:30 court time, no ones shows until almost 9:30. No directions given to those you have never been there. Not all are regulars.
Horrible! Plain Horrible! I came to court so I could explain a ticket I got. I was in front of a magistrate by the name of Waldmann, he is a bully! He did not let me speak! He did not allow me to say WHY I was there, WHY I felt the ticket was unjust or what even happened. He did not allow me to state that I was the VICTIM of road rage. He yelled at me from the START! He threatened me. He was a bully and no better than the road rage driver!. When it comes time to have voters vote him back on the bench, I will be there to make sure the people know how he treats the people in his court room. I think he forgot that you are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY in the name of the LAW. I have been in front of magistrates before and I have NEVER been treated so badly as I was in front of this one! I am in the process of making a formal complaint on this magistrate, no one should be treated so badly in a court room.
