Crime ridden store.
Never had an experience like this in my life. My bag was stolen from here as I was shopping. Unfortunately it was near closing, so the only manager on staff said there was nothing she could do about it and I had to contact Troy police. Literally nothing was done about it and no staff knew what to do otherwise. One associate told me I was a 32D, which is hilarious because I was exchanging a 34C bra since I couldn’t breathe in it. They ran out of the sport tanks and I had to purchase a PJ top instead to get the promo since the cash wrap “couldn’t order the sport tank offline” like half the other floor associates said they could. The store was disorganized and so messy I was digging for clothes and bras, and didn’t even know half of the selection. Then after I get home, find they’ve left sensors on my clothing and I have to go back. Never again will I step foot in this mess of a store.
My daughter walked out of the fitting room thinking her wallet was hanging from her arm, under some clothes, but it wasn't. Minutes later she got her wallet back but $200 of babysitting money was gone. When she immediately reported it, the manager, Melinda, told her, "Sorry honey, nothing I can do," and walked away from my crying 15 year old. Didn't advise her to find a security guard. No offer to help. No comfort. Just walked away.
I just hope whoever stole my daughter's money spent it elsewhere.
Was super busy but got a few things. Good selection.
Poor customer service and a condescending manager. Being talked down to is not appreciated.
Daughter texted me, found me and then we found a security guard who took us back to the store. He said Melinda was not very helpful and he would try harder to view video later. That's the Victoria's Secret Pink store at the ritzy Somerset Collection, folks.
