Would be 5/5 if they would just UPGRADE THE WI-FI. It's 2017 people and you're still using AT&T providing a whopping

my favorite place to get maanga. I enjoy the sale buy two, one free. The employee are very nice. No long wait.

My family and I visited and thoroughly enjoyed our experience and prices. The store and staff were well organized and inviting. We will be back. My only complaint... a cafe employee. I believe the manager, she was an older cafe worker. Seemed annoyed and not very warrn when the kids and I were undecided on which bake good to buy. Her irritation was quit noticeable.

This particular location doesn’t have much compared to the other locations in the area. The employees really don’t want to help you and the cafe is a joke. All they want to do is go in the back room and talk to each other.

I give it 3 stars because it’s the closest one to me and it has room for potential. They just need to hire more friendly and competent staff.

This B&N is simply just okay. I've had a few lackluster experiences in the past, where staff was extremely unhelpful, but it's been better lately. When you only have 2 lanes open and a full queue line, I'd wish you'd spend less time selling a rewards program and more time focusing on ringing up customers. Truly, who'd want to be a loyal member of a business that has poor service? Holidays here are super busy but the stock is always pretty good.
