The first time I went to this salon they did a good job. Then a few weeks later I go back for a touch-up ... rather than touching up only the roots they put a peroxide based color all over my entire hair. My hair turned brassy. I've always had dimension to my hair but that completely ruined it. I didn't realize how bad it was until I went to a different salon and they wouldn't even consider putting color in my hair because it is so over-processed. Going to take a while to get it back to normal.
The shop is old, the owner is old, and their business practices are old ... they know nothing about customer service.
I get a cut and highlights and I am always very pleased with the results! Everyone there is always so nice. Highly recommend this place.
My highlights and cut and customer service was so bad I actually thought there must be a hidden camera and I was being pranked!
The owner couldn't care less that I was unhappy with the results and treated me like I was ignorant while I explained my disappointment to her.
I have been going to this salon for years now and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very nice and my stylist Tommy always does a great job. When Tommy is not available there are plenty of other stylists to choose from that also are experienced and do up to date styles. Thank you:)
